Handed an item back? Tell us here — the host (or partner desk) then confirms the return, which stops late fees. If you declined protection, your deposit hold is returned once the item passes inspection — within 72 hours, minus any approved damage charges or unpaid late fees. Once the return is confirmed, close out the rental and leave a review.
