Find a closet at your destination, pick your pick-up and return dates, and reserve. You won't be charged until the host confirms.

Where do I collect my items?+

From a nearby drop-off locker you choose at checkout. You'll get the locker code about an hour before pick-up.

Who cleans the clothes?+

Every item is professionally cleaned and inspected between trips — included in the service fee, at no extra cost.

What is Locker Protect?+

Free protection on every booking covering eligible items against loss or damage, plus 24/7 support.

How do I become a host?+

Head to the host page, list your closet in minutes, and start earning. You keep 80% of every booking.

What's your cancellation policy?+

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up. After that, the first day's rate may apply.
